Graphic Artist

Job Description & Requirements:
  • Create and design various materials for print, packaging, and digital collateral/content
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

Qualifications for Graphic Designer/Graphic Artist:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
  • Experienced as a graphic designer or related field (preferably from consumer electronics, personal care & wellness, and bags categories)
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, photography, and the web
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent eye for detail

Accounting Supervisor

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy product that fits their requirements.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven track record in manufacturing/retail accounting – experience with cost accounting, inventory management, and sales revenue tracking is required.
  • Prior experience in coordinating with operations teams, supply chain departments, and external auditors.
  • Demonstrated success in streamlining accounting processes and improving efficiency.

Technical Competencies:

  • Expert knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations, including VAT, withholding taxes, and annual income tax filing.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific accounting systems (customized ERP tools) and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, macros, data modeling).
  • Ability to prepare cost analyses, inventory valuation reports, and budget vs. actual performance reviews.
  • Experience in managing fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and capital expenditure tracking.
  • Knowledge of internal audit procedures and compliance with industry-specific.

Leadership & Management Style:

  • Ability to lead and develop a team of 1–5 accounting staff​
  • Strong project management skills to oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills for accounts payable and banking relationships.
  • Capacity to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial managers.
